Individual Track Rates:

• Rate for and original non-exclusive track: $30.00 per minute of             music .

• Rate for an original exclusive track: $60.00 per minute of music.

• Rate for standard pre-made songs: $25.00 per track.

Project Rates may change the cost of an original exclusive and non-exclusive track pending the projects size and requirements. Project Rates apply to any job larger than three tracks.

Track Revisions may be requested. Each varient version of a given track will cost an additional $30.00. HitCritMiss reserves the right to deny further revisions after three versions are submitted.
Sampling tracks prior to payment

A sample version of works with an audio stamp that disables the track for any kind of practical or commercial use is provided for play testing.

These sample tracks are useful for game developers in that they can get an idea for how their game will feel with a certain music track playing in the background. It also gives a greater scope of what kind of edits might be wanted. You don’t want to put a song into your game and find out that a song clashes with some of your sound effects in a bad way or that your cave music sounds a little too "chipper".

Payment:
50% of the total cost of the track(s), as determined by the client’s requested services, must be sent and validated at the signing of this contract or this contract is made void.

The final 50% of the total cost of the track(s) must be paid to receive the finished version of the track(s) without any audio stamp interupting the play of the track.

Payment will be made through Paypal only, which requires all clients to have an active Paypal account.

If a project is put on hold or cancled for any reason, payment will be settled by paying only for all work that has been started (though may not be completed) .

Once payment is sent and verified HitCritMiss will send the tracks to the client via e-mail.
